Özlem ATAN graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering and Bogazici University, Department of Business Administration. She received her master's degree in Industrial Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University with first degree. She received his PhD from Marmara University, Department of Management and Organization. She worked as a research assistant at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering for 7 years. She worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Manager at Bosch & Siemens Home Appliances Group for about 5 years. After that, she worked as a senior manager consultancy / trainings and many project managers in many national and international companies (Koç Holding, Sabancı Holding, Eczacıbaşı Holding, Toprak Holding, Polat Holding, JTI, İBB, BBB etc.) in the fields of management, quality, human resources. She has been a member of the Women's Board, the Tourism Board, the Education Board and the Executive Board for nearly 10 years, representing Haliç University in Beyoğlu Municipality. She is a member of BUMED, EMCC and PERYÖN. She teaches courses such as Strategic Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Total Quality Management, New Approaches in Management and Technology Management at Halic University and Istanbul University. She has scientific publications, many books, articles, etc. She has been working as the Director of Strategy and Quality Development Department at Haliç University for nearly 3 years. She speaks English and French.
